The centerpiece of the house is a 40ft wide, 8ft tall sliding glass door that acts as a passive solar heating system in the winter and gives the room an incredible view of the beautiful Eagles Canyon and Main Canyon. The sliding window opens up onto a patio where guests can sit and listen to the Birch Creek, enjoy the outdoor firepit, or play in the river. In the winter, guests can enjoy a wood burning stove while admiring the Escalante Grand Staircase National Monument out of the picture windows.
With the rental of the house, guests can use the rest of property for camping. The property also has a water, power and sewage hookup for an RV that can be parked close to the house for a charge of $70/night. The campers are welcome to use the facilities inside the house as well. The additional cost is $25 per day per person with a max of 10 people. If you want to book the house with campers, send me a message and I'll send you a quote.
